We do not accept returns under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if the error was made by Itgirlcartel or our supplier.
Examples of eligible situations include:
- You received the wrong item.
- Your order is missing an item due to our or our supplier’s error.
- You received a defective item caused by a manufacturing or supplier issue.
If your claim is approved, we may issue a replacement, store credit, or a refund at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind.
- Ordering the wrong item.
- Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
- Minor color variations due to lighting or screen settings.
- Shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Normal wear and tear or damage after delivery.
Reporting an Issue
If you believe there was an error with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos of the item and packaging.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
